This website is a static site with no accounts and no tracking cookies. The assessment runs entirely in your browser, and we keep a copy of your answers only if you explicitly tick the box asking us to.
Two separate things happen with your answers, and you control the second one.
On your device, always. Your answers are saved in your own browser's local storage for up to 90 days, purely so that returning to the page doesn't mean answering the same six questions again. Clearing them is one click — the "Start over" button on the result — or clearing your browser data.
On our side, only if you ask. The last step has an unticked checkbox offering to keep your answers on file so a licensed CPA can review your case and so you never have to repeat them. If you leave it unticked, nothing reaches us and you still get your full result. If you tick it, we store your name, email, nationality, answers and result in a private spreadsheet, and use them only to prepare and discuss your case. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Email us to have the record deleted; it's a single row and we remove it on request.
We measure anonymous, aggregate usage — which pages are read and which buttons are pressed — using Google Analytics in cookieless mode. No cookies are set, no identifiers are stored on your device, and IP addresses are anonymised. We cannot tie any of it to you personally, and none of your assessment answers are included.
If you email or WhatsApp us, we receive what you send. We use it solely to assess your case and respond. To deliver the service, we share case details with the independent licensed Turkish professionals (CPAs, attorneys) who would handle your matter — and with no one else.
